I called Alex about a very delicate wool runner just now. He was the opposite of a hard sell - he explained to me his process versus chem dry and the pluses and minuses of both. He was so helpful and honest I was blown away and felt compelled to write this 5 star review before even hiring him.
If someone if this helpful to a prospective customer and this honest, I would have zero hesitation in hiring Alex. What a great professional!
Alex Carpet Cleaning crew has done an excellent job cleaning the carpets of the rooms, hallway and stairs in our little preschool. They were efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Alex is quick to respond, stays in contact and reasonably priced. Thank you for giving our carpets a much needed cleaning.
I found Alex here on Yelp. He is quick to respond and after describing the space, type of carpet, and condition, Alex was able to provide me an estimate immediately over the phone. I felt the price was fair and his communication was excellent. So, I had no need to get any other estimates. We scheduled an appointment a few days later and before we ended the call, I received a text confirmation. Alex arrived promptly on time with his shoe covers on. :-) He walked through the space with me and set up my expectations properly and shortly began the work. As promised, this is a true steam clean. I occasionally walked out to the machine in his van to monitor the water temperature and it always maintained over 200°, which is what I wanted. The entire job took about 90 minutes. He was very thorough and I am very pleased with the outcome. Payment was dine electronically and Alex has a digital system set up with an email receipt and he will have a record of your work for ease of service in the future. Very seamless.
In summary, Don't try to save money and rent one of those shampoo machines for a DIY. Alex's equipment costs several thousands and if you want a proper carpet cleaning with a lot of steam and suction power that will literally dry within a couple of hours (with proper ventilation) get it done professionally by Alex.

After having some bad luck with a previous carpet cleaner, we turned to Alex's Carpet Cleaning after getting a reasonable quote.
After setting up an hour time window, our cleaner came early and got to work right away after checking out the place. He has his own generator, so our old electrical system was safe. Guy's an absolute pro, in and out in an hour.
Place is a lot cleaner, and the job was done well.
Alex's Carpet Cleaning was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was easy to coordinate with via text. I requested to clean two rooms approx 500 SF and they had availability the next day.
Once we're able to move around the furniture, I'll definitely be hiring them back to do other rooms in the house.

Alex's carpet cleaning is absolutely the best. I had them clean my whole house and it is absolutely beautiful. I will not use anyone else.
They came on time, worked diligently and efficiently, and left us with two clean pieces of furniture - which was exactly what we needed.
